Reverse Applause

A young couple went out for a drive one night to a ghost spot. When they got there, however, they got into an argument, and the young man drove off, leaving his girlfriend there.

A short while later and feeling more calm than before, the man realised that leaving his girlfriend in a supposed haunted location perhaps wasn’t the best thing to do, so he went back to get her.

The girlfriend was still there. They reconciled and then left together.

On the way back, they saw a young boy on the side of the road, waving at them. However, he wasn’t waving with the palm of his hand, but with the back of his hand.

“How sad, he’s out here all alone at this time of night,” the girlfriend said. “Let’s give him a ride home.”

“No,” the boyfriend replied. “People who do such actions in a reverse manner are no longer of this world.”

“Wow, that’s amazing!” the young woman said and clapped. The man looked down. She was clapping with the back of her hands.
