Well

One day, my younger sister’s voice got on my nerves so I killed her. I threw her into the well, but when I went to see her the next day, the body was gone.

Five years later, I got into an argument with my friend and killed him. I threw him into the well, but when I went to see him the next day, the body was gone.

Ten years later, I was drunk and got a girl pregnant so I killed her. I threw her into the well, but when I went to see her the next day, the body was gone.

Fifteen years later, I killed a boss I didn’t like. I threw his body into the well, but when I went to see him the next day, the body was gone.

Twenty years later, my mother needed constant care and was annoying me so I killed her. I threw her body in the well, but when I went to see her the next day, it was still there.

And the next day, and the day after that as well.

EXPLANATION
